who we are

our goal

We’re just two girls, standing in front of a business, saying “choose us, love us.” Kidding, kind of. We’re two women with an eye for design, a knack for bringing ideas to life, and a low-tolerance for boring, mismatched branding.

We built Good Co for businesses in and around Sioux Falls, SD who want to look sharp online without the headache of wrangling five different creatives to make it happen. We’re high on style, low on pretensiousness, and obsessed with making brands look as good as they actually are. If you’re looking for someone who just gets the vision and executes it flawlessly, you’re in good company.

Good Co exists to take the creative-director hat off your head and put it firmly on ours. Because let’s be real: running a business is already enough without also managing designers, photographers, web people, and social templates that don’t match.

Our mission is simple: deliver branding, photography, and websites that actually feel cohesive, stylish, and true to your business. No DIY panic, no scattered assets, no pretentious fluff. Just a polished, professional, and personality-packed brand that works as hard as you do.

Meet

Elle is the visionary and brand-obsessed creative brain at Good Co., backed by a BFA in Graphic Design and nearly a decade of professional design experience. A self-proclaimed Type Z perfectionist, she’s got a knack for turning big-picture vision into polished reality. When she’s not building brands or spending evenings behind the camera as a professional photographer, Elle’s busy wrangling two boys under two (her unofficial second full-time job), with her husband, Grant, as her steady support.

Lucy Palmer

Lucy is the big-picture thinker and straight-shooter who keeps Good Co running like a well-oiled (and very stylish) machine. She’s obsessed with design that actually works, blending her love for business, tech, and creativity into websites that pop off. Elle dreams it, Lucy makes it real — and the result is a brand presence worth bragging about.

Lucy graduated from UNL with degrees in Art History, History, and Business. With a background in sales, a passion for the arts and technology, and an endless curiosity, she taught herself web design and launched her first business, blending it with social media management. When she’s not creating for clients, you’ll find her cooking, reading, or running her three kids around Sioux Falls with her husband, Tyler.
